Czechs withdraw from US missle-defense plans
Evidently, then President Bush angered the Russians by including the Czech Republic in our missle defense plan. In 2009, President Obama “shelved that plan and offered a new, reconfigured phased program with an undefined role for the Czechs” in favor of a new one which relegates the Czechs to pound sand.
